Whichever way it was that brought you here, please feel welcomed! I hope you enjoy reading my blog and I always enjoy getting feedback or making new contacts with fellow and prospective students.  So don’t be shy but use the form at the bottom of this page to contact me.

Now a few words about myself:

My name is Sonja, I’m 28 and originally I come from Hanover in Germany.  I am one of the few full time OU students and study psychology. I am writing this blog to inform and encourage fellow and new students. Moreover it gives me a possibility to sort of keep a diary of my battles and achievements on the long journey to a Bachelor of Science degree.

Since 2010 I’m involved in various OUSA voluntary work which I enjoy thoroughly! I’ve been OUSA in Northern Europe’s CCC representative in 2010/2011  and communications officer from December 2010 onwards.
