Sit down and do it!

This is my slogan of today, or maybe rather for this week as I am faced to finally having to force myself to sit down and read all those awful offprints for the cognitive module. I put it off for days (was it really weeks? ) now and somehow…I mean you probably know the feeling of hope inside you that they might just vanish and be gone one day, but reality proves time and time again that THIS is not going to happen. Instead the pile of offprints “to read” has grown rapidly on my desk.  There’s 1-2 offprints each week for DD303 and I decided that THIS week is THE week to catch up.  I must admit, there is more exciting ways to spend a Valentine’s day than reading about selective auditory and visual attention research and related theories,…but here we go *lol .
